Virtual Support Package
Live far far away? No problem!
- Includes text/call/zoom support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum up to 1 week after.
- On call support as soon as you book me! Ask all the question, and get all the latest evidence.
Birth Haven Package
- Up to 2 in-person visits to go over everything from previous pregnancies to preferences, goals, birth plan, and postpartum!
- Continuous support during pregnancy through phone calls, texts, and/or emails to answer questions and support you.
- Support through labor and delivery and 1-2 hours after the birth of baby to assist with breastfeeding if desired, and until you and your partner feel comfortable.
- Pictures during labor and immediate postpartum if desired.
- One postpartum visit 1 week after delivery
