Hello! I’m the oldest of a big, loving family and have spent years as a nanny and babysitter for over 30 wonderful families. My journey to becoming a doula began after high school when a friend suggested midwifery. I’ve always had a passion for supporting women and babies, and once I dove into the fascinating world of birth, I was hooked!
In 2023, I completed my doula certification to better understand the experiences of women during this incredible time and how I could best support them. I was surprised to find that many don’t always receive the love and respect they truly deserve. This realization inspired me to enroll in midwifery school, and I’m now in my second year!
I firmly believe that all expecting mothers deserve support, love, and to be truly understood. Every birth is unique and should be honored. My approach focuses on providing emotional support, education, and empowerment, ensuring that families feel confident and cared for throughout their journey.

My Approach
A wise saying from my doula instructor that has always stuck with me is, “If you don’t know your choices, you don’t have any!” My goal is not to make choices for you, but to provide you with the knowledge and support you need to make informed decisions for yourself and your baby. Together, we’ll navigate your options so you can feel empowered and confident every step of the way!
